Your estimated completion date is confirmed with your quote. Timing begins after the required payment, wording, photos, and design details are received and approved. Bulk, highly customized, and shipped orders may require additional time.
Deposits & Payments
The required deposit is listed on your personalized invoice and is applied to the order total. Work does not begin until payment requirements are met. Final balances are due before pickup, delivery, or shipping.
Designs & Revisions
Personalization details must be reviewed carefully. The number of included revisions will be confirmed with your quote; additional revisions or changes after approval may require an added fee and extended timeline.
Cancellations
Deposits become nonrefundable once design work begins or materials are ordered. Completed custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless Embrace A Heart made an error.
Photos & Content
Customers are responsible for providing clear, high-quality photos and accurate names, dates, and wording. By submitting materials, you confirm that you have permission to use them.
Rush, Delivery & Shipping
Rush and same-day service depend on availability and require the listed fee. Pickup, local delivery, and shipping arrangements—including related costs—are confirmed before production.
